Companies Hiring Now: hiring leads with contacts

Companies that opened new jobs this week across 6,600 career sites, with new roles, departments, locations, careers URL, email, phone and LinkedIn. One lead per company at $20 per 1,000, nothing for companies without new jobs.

The companies that started hiring this week, with a way to reach them. This Actor checks up to 6,600 company career sites on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor, Breezy, Rippling, Personio, Recruitee and Workday, counts the jobs posted in your window and returns one row per company that is actively hiring: the new roles, departments and locations, the careers page, and the email, phone and LinkedIn page from the company website.

Run it on Apify

What it does

  • One row per company: new jobs in the window, total open jobs, hiring velocity, newest posting date, sample titles, departments, locations, countries and remote share.
  • Contact details from the company website: email addresses with the company's own domain first, phone numbers, LinkedIn page and the contact page that was read.
  • Filters on role keywords, country, ATS platform, window in days and minimum number of new jobs.
  • Companies with a known website are checked first, so a small run still returns leads with contacts.
  • No login, no HTML scraping of job boards: the public job-board APIs of the ATS vendors and the company's own website.

Pricing

$20 per 1,000 leads ($0.02 per company), charged only for companies that posted enough new jobs in your window. A company without new jobs costs nothing and an empty run costs nothing. A test over 40 companies with a 14 day window returned 8 leads, 6 of them with an email address or LinkedIn page, for 16 cents.

When to use which

For every job posting of a company, use the ATS Job Scrapers. For the hiring trend of listed companies as a signal, see the Hiring Signals API. For companies that are cutting rather than hiring, see the WARN Act Layoff Notices Monitor.

FAQ

Is this a job scraper?

No. It returns companies, one row each, with the count and a sample of their new jobs. Use a job scraper when you need every posting.

Are the emails personal addresses?

No. They are the addresses the company publishes on its own site, such as hello@, jobs@ or press@.

Why does a company not appear?

It posted fewer new jobs than your minimum, its ATS is not among the eleven supported, or it is not in the index yet. Add its slug under `companies` to check it directly.

How do I get only new companies?

Run it on a schedule and de-duplicate on `slug` in your sheet or CRM.
