Website Tech Stack Detector: what a website runs on, from one request

Paste domains, get back what each site is built with, and why we think so. Over 150 signatures across CMS, JavaScript framework, analytics and tag managers, advertising pixels, chat and support, email marketing, payments and billing, cookie consent, security, hosting and CDN, web server and language, authentication, and the applicant tracking system behind the careers page. Every match carries the script, header or cookie that triggered it.

Run it on Apify

What it does

  • One HTTP request per website, ten in parallel, no browser. A thousand domains finish in minutes.
  • technologies as a list with evidence, plus categories grouped for filters such as "Shopify stores with Klaviyo and no live chat".
  • Page title, meta generator, Server header, resolved IP, and up to ten email addresses found on the page for enrichment.
  • A website that does not answer still gives a row with the reason, which is useful in a lead list too.

Pricing

$10 per 1,000 websites, one cent each. The usual price for this on Apify is ten cents.

Who uses it

Sales and lead generation teams building technology-qualified lists, agencies qualifying prospects, market researchers measuring tool adoption in a segment, and compliance teams checking consent banners and third-party scripts across a portfolio.

Fields you get

website, domain, url, final_url, status, title, generator, server, ip, technologies, categories, technology_count, emails, error.

Limits

Homepage only, so technologies that load only on inner pages or after interaction are not seen. Signatures are strict by design: a brand mentioned in copy does not count, only the real script, header or cookie.
