Tender Leads with Buyer Contacts: TED and TenderNed as a lead feed

Public tenders from TED and TenderNed as leads: buyer email, phone, website and contact person, deadline, CPV codes, estimated value and the buyer's notices of the last 12 months. One lead per tender at $30 per 1,000, nothing for an empty run.

Every public tender is an approved budget with a named buyer and a deadline. This Actor reads TED (the EU tender portal) and TenderNed (the Dutch national portal) and returns one lead per tender: the buyer organisation with its email address, phone number, website and contact person, the deadline, the CPV codes, the estimated value, and how many notices the same buyer published in the last 12 months.

Run it on Apify

What it does

  • One row per tender: buyer, buyer city and country, email, phone, website, contact person, deadline, CPV codes, procedure type, estimated value and the link to the notice.
  • Buyer history: the number of TED notices the same buyer published in the last 12 months, so recurring buyers stand out.
  • Filters on country, CPV prefix, keyword, buyer name, minimum value and window in days.
  • TenderNed publishes no contact details, so for every Dutch tender the Actor takes the contact from the buyer's latest TED notice. In the test 60 out of 60 Dutch tenders got an email address and a phone number this way.
  • Tenders that appear on both portals are merged on title and buyer, so you pay once.

Pricing

$30 per 1,000 leads ($0.03 per tender), charged only for tenders that land in your dataset. An empty run costs nothing. A test over the Netherlands with a 7 day window returned 60 leads, all with email and phone, for $1.80 in lead charges.

When to use which

For the tender itself without contacts, at $5 per 1,000, use the EU and Dutch Tender Monitor. For companies that are hiring rather than buying, see Companies Hiring Now. For companies that are cutting, see the WARN Act Layoff Notices Monitor.

FAQ

Are the contacts personal addresses?

They are the addresses the contracting authority published in the notice itself: the procurement desk or the named contact point for this tender, published so suppliers can ask questions and bid.

Why does a TenderNed tender have no email?

The buyer never published on TED, so there is no notice to take the contact from. These leads keep `contactSource: null`.

Does TenderNed publish estimated values?

No. Values are filled for TED tenders only.

How do I get only new tenders?

Run it on a schedule and de-duplicate on `noticeId` in your sheet or CRM.
