These terms govern your use of the DataSignals Lab reports, signal feeds, tools and MCP server (together, the "Services"). By using or buying the Services you agree to these terms.
In short: the Services are informational reports and signal feeds built from official public data. They are not investment advice. Payments run through Lemon Squeezy, refunds are handled there and reviewed individually, and you can cancel Pro anytime.
The Services
DataSignals Lab turns official public sources (such as SEC EDGAR, the U.S. House Clerk, openFDA and similar) into scored, structured reports and feeds, with links back to the original filing or record. The Services are informational products for research, screening and monitoring. They are not investment advice.
Products and tiers
- Free. A free preview of every report, the weekly email digest, and 50 free MCP calls per month for AI agents.
- Snapshot. A one-time purchase of $19 per report. You get the current edition of that report plus 30 days of updates.
- DataSignals Pro. A subscription of $29 per month or $290 per year. It includes all three reports, always the current edition (Form D daily, Congress weekly, 13F every filing season), MCP access for AI agents with a fair use limit of 2000 calls per month, and email alerts. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Prices are in USD. Checkout, invoicing and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Your purchase is also governed by Lemon Squeezy's own terms.
Refunds
- Refund requests can be sent to support@datasignalslab.com or raised through Lemon Squeezy. We review each request individually.
- Snapshots are digital goods delivered immediately. If a report is broken or was not delivered, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.
- Pro can be canceled monthly in one click via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to:
- resell, republish or redistribute paid reports or paid feed output, in whole or in substantial part. Paid content is for your own use or internal use within your own organization.
- share private report links or Pro access with people who have not paid.
- abuse the MCP free tier, for example by creating multiple identities to get around the 50 free MCP calls per month.
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the Services or the underlying platforms.
- use the Services to violate the terms of the underlying official sources or any applicable law.
Short quotes with attribution and a link are fine.
Not investment advice
The Services are informational only. Nothing in the Services is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Scores and signals are derived from public data and historical patterns, and historical patterns do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decision you make.
Data and accuracy
Outputs are derived from official public sources and provided on a best-effort basis. We do not warrant that results are complete, accurate, current or error-free. Source data may change, be delayed, or be temporarily unavailable.
Warranty disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataSignals Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data or trading losses, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing framework
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you additional protection. Disputes will first be handled by contacting us at the address below.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Services evolve. Material changes appear on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
