What is inside
Every raise of $1M or more, ranked by a funding score. Amounts raised and still offered, industry, state, securities type and filing date. The biggest raises in detail with disclosed executives. Pooled investment funds filtered out, so you see real operating companies. A real excerpt:

How this compares
There is no free site that bundles and scores Form D raises before the press writes about them. SEC EDGAR shows the raw filings for free, but you have to find, filter and rank them yourself. This report does that scoring daily, and many of these raises never get press coverage at all.
